On May 10 and 11, 2026, Turin will host Bar Domani | Entering the Future of Mixology. Today., the format conceived by the team behind Piano35 and dedicated to the cultural, ethical and social evolution of contemporary mixology.
The central theme of the 2026 edition will be “urban nomadism”, a reflection on the contemporary role of the bartender as a figure suspended between movement and rootedness. In this context, the bar is reinterpreted as a place of connection and exchange — a true micro-city where identities, cultures and stories come together.
Once again this year, the event will take place at Piano35 in Turin.
