On Monday 31 August, Chef Marco Sacco welcomes fellow chefs Vincenzo and Salvatore Butticè from Il Moro in Monza, where they respectively serve as Executive Chef and F&B Manager.
Originally from Sicily, the brothers have worked in different parts of Italy, from the Aosta Valley to Sardinia, before settling in Monza, where they have been running Il Moro since 2007.
The evening of 31 August is part of the Grand Tour del Gusto, a project created and promoted by the Italian Association of Ambassadors of Taste (Associazione Italiana Ambasciatori del Gusto).
The ADG, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, brings together under one banner the many professionals who make Italian cuisine unique and renowned around the world.
How does it work?
The Piccolo Lago garden opens at 11:00 am with the format that has accompanied us throughout the summer: arrive whenever you like, stay as long as you like!
The space will be open until 11:00 pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy a glass of wine, have an aperitivo, try delicious dishes and relax between swims.
Chef Sacco and his entire brigade will be preparing fresh dishes and pasta in the garden, as well as grilling both meat and fish.

From 6:00 pm, Salvatore and Vincenzo will join us! The chefs will treat our guests to two special tastings created especially for our guests, adding a unique touch to the Lunedì al Lago menu.
To make the evening even more special, the menu will also feature, available at an additional cost, a selection of wines distributed by Herita Marzotto Wine Estates.
