The sixth edition of Buonissima is just around the corner, taking place from October 21 to 25 in Turin. It is one of the city’s most eagerly awaited food and wine events.
More than 200 events will take place across the city, featuring 150 chefs from around the world — including our own Marco Sacco and Christian Balzo.
Chef Sacco of Piccolo Lago will be one of the protagonists of the Opening Dinner on Wednesday, October 21, when he and nine other chefs will officially kick off the event in the magnificent setting of Palazzo Madama.

Chef Balzo, meanwhile, will welcome fellow chef Michael Van Der Kroft from Tres restaurant in Rotterdam to Piano 35 for a special four-hands lunch and dinner.
