September has brought us a wonderful surprise: the first porcini mushrooms of the season have arrived!
Chef Marco Sacco’s creativity immediately went into action, resulting in a series of special dishes for all lovers of this exquisite delicacy.
The four dishes can be ordered “à la carte”, or you can replace one of the dishes included in our classic menus — In Piemonte, Giro d’Italia, Né carne Né pesce — with one of our porcini-based creations.
You can enjoy these delicacies raw in a salad, with buttered tagliolini made with mountain butter, grilled over charcoal or sautéed…
In short, a true feast of porcini mushrooms!
